The Ritz-Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Spa & Casino will host our Bilingual Therapies Symposium. Hotel accommodations for all participants should be made through Bilingual Therapies. Most attendees will be arriving Thursday, July 21 and departing Sunday, July 24. If you have decided to extend your stay three days before and/or after the symposium at The Ritz-Carlton, please make sure that your symposium registration reflects your actual dates.

Extend your stay in San Juan: Symposium participants and their guest(s) may stay up to three days before or after the symposium at the group rate of $135.00 per night for a regular room (does not include taxes and gratuities). Reservations for extra nights will be made by Bilingual Therapies. Attendee will be responsible for payment of extra nights directly to the hotel at the time of check-out.

Check-in/Check-out
Once you have arrived, check-in time at The Ritz-Carlton is 4:00 P.M. Check-out time is before 12:00 PM. Please note that The Ritz-Carlton will be delighted to provide luggage storage should there be any early arrivals or late departures.

Upon checking in at The Ritz-Carlton, you will be required to present a major credit card to guarantee any incidental charges you incur during your stay, such as phone calls or room services.
